Raise and Give

RAG – Raise And Give – The Student Union’s Fundraising Organisation. The society that has it all. Cocktail parties, sporting tournaments, hitch-hikes, talent shows, bungee jumping, club nights and the notorious fancy dress RAG raids! RAG endeavours to orchestrate all this fun and more in the name of Charity and all you have to do is take part. Last year we gave over £69,000 to charity and this year we hope to reach £100,000.

RAG is the chance to do something completely different with your time at Oxford, something that will stand out amongst all your other memories of your time at University. There are loads of ways to get involved with RAG from joining the RAG Exec and becoming part of the team that organises all these great events; to becoming a charity or RAG rep, organising your own college charity events and promoting the joys of RAG within your college; or just simply coming along and having an amazing time- so take some time to explore this site and see what catches your attention.

RAG is also there to support individuals, clubs and societies with their fundraising efforts. We can provide everything from advice, resources, publicity to logistical help and a cash and carry card, so if you’re thinking about doing any sort of fundraising within the University then please get in touch with the President, rag.president@ousu.org.
